We use 10 automated machines in plastic blank production, meticulously crafting thicker, more durable blanks to enhance product strength and longevity. At the same time, we ensure precision in the cutting process, with automated systems handling leather, paper, and velvet materials to meet exact specifications.
02.Outer Box Wrapping
Experienced workers with over 5 years of expertise meticulously wrap the outer boxes, ensuring a smooth surface, perfect curvature, and no bubbles. This attention to detail guarantees the highest quality and precision in the outer wrapping.
03.Hinge Attachment
Technicians attach hinges to the box with precision, ensuring the upper and lower covers align perfectly. Precise hinge attachment guarantees smooth operation and significantly enhances the durability of jewelry boxes.
04.Inner Core Wrapping & Assembly
By meticulously wrapping the inner core and fitting it into the outer box, the process ensures that the packaging achieves structural integrity and enhances the overall presentation and functionality of the jewelry box.
05.Dust Removal
A vacuum gun is used to meticulously remove dust particles from the materials. This thorough cleaning process ensures the product remains immaculate, upholding the high standards required for luxury jewelry packaging and preserving its flawless appearance.
06.Comprehensive Inspection
A detailed quality control inspection is conducted to identify and rectify any defects, including thorough checks of outer wrapping, the cleaning process, and the finished product's appearance. Each QC step upholds our commitment to delivering top-quality products.
07.Packaging and Shipping
Packaging staff perform a thorough box inspection and record quantities to ensure no items are missing. Each product is securely packed in an outer box, with 8 plastic hard corners protected, guaranteeing our goods are well-protected during transit and arrives in perfect condition.
